What your account stores

Your email address and password, for signing in.

Your clients: a nickname or reference (the app asks for one rather than a full name), and the goals, notes and conditions you add.

Your library: the exercises, conditions and movement rules you write.

The questions you ask, the answers you're shown, any rating or feedback you give, and the illustrations drawn for suggestions.

Who can see it

Only you. Your data is kept in a Supabase database and a private storage bucket. Every query, including the assistant's, runs as you, and the database's row-level security keeps each instructor's data isolated from every other's.

What is sent to OpenAI

Answers are written by an OpenAI model. To answer a question, the assistant sends OpenAI your question, the recent turns of the conversation, the selected client's goals, notes and conditions with your rules for them, and the exercises from your library that it looks up.

The client's nickname is never sent. Requests are made with OpenAI's response storage turned off, and are handled under OpenAI's API data policies.

To draw an illustration, only the exercise's name, apparatus and setup are sent. Nothing about the client is.

What is logged

Server logs record errors, never the text of your questions or notes. For each answer the app records which model was used, how long it took and how many tokens it used.

Deleting data

You can delete clients and library entries in the app at any time. When you delete a client, the questions you asked about them stay in your account but are no longer linked to that client.

What not to store

Syllene isn't a medical records system. Use a nickname or reference rather than a client's full name, and keep notes to what you need to teach them.
