Syllene is an AI assistant for Pilates instructors. You ask about the client in front of you, and it suggests an exercise, why it suits them, and what to watch for, starting from your own library.
Who builds it
Syllene is built by an independent developer together with working Pilates teachers.
What it stands by
The instructor decides
It suggests Pilates exercises and says what to watch for. It doesn't diagnose, name causes or recommend treatment, and it doesn't tell you who to refer a client to. You're the professional in the room.
Your library comes first, and it's labeled
It searches the exercises you've written down before anything else, and every suggestion says whether it came from your library or is the assistant's own.
One session at a time
It helps with the client in front of you today. Planning classes and longer programs stays with you.
Your data is yours
Clients, notes and your library belong to your account and are isolated from every other instructor's.
Early access
Syllene is free while it's in early access, and no card is needed to sign up. If paid plans come later, you'll be told before anything changes. How your data is handled is set out on the privacy page.
