For Pilates instructors working with injuries and conditions
Clients with a sore back, a new hip or a condition they manage long-term still come to move. Syllene helps you find what they can do today. It doesn't diagnose or treat, and it leaves the decision with you.
Your own rules, applied
Write down how you work with a condition, such as a movement to avoid or one to keep in a comfortable range. The assistant is given those rules with every question about that client.
Always an option, never a diagnosis
If a symptom is new or unclear, it adjusts what it suggests: it keeps the area in the range the client already finds comfortable, or works the rest of the body. It never names a cause.
A record per client
Every question you ask about a client is kept on their page, so next session starts from what you tried last time.
Ask it like you'd ask a colleague
“Osteoporosis, no flexion under load. What can she do for her abdominals on the reformer?”
